I made it to my second ever pump class this morning (woo hoo!!). Sadly when it comes to upper body strength I am seriously lacking… so at the point of doing push ups and tricep push ups (which I never knew existed!) I was put to shame. Never mind I tell myself… at least when I can do at least five in a row at the end of a class I will know I am progressing.
The gym are holding a promotion where if you go to 10 or more classes between now and 25th September you get a workout towel, and if you make it to 15 or more you get a ticket to their spring party. After 1o you also get entry into the major prize draw which has more towels, hats, water bottle and other things I didn’t really investigate. But… I would love to make it to 10 classes between now and then. So far I have one stamp.
If I do the 2 classes a week that I am scheduled to do (1 pump and 1 boxing) I will only have 8, so need to at least add in 2 more classes somewhere, maybe a Saturday or Sunday class? But minimum 10 that would be great!
